I am originally from Ghor province of Afghanistan and have lived and studied in both Kabul and Herat, Afghanistan I have also conducted monitoring and evaluation for school construction projects across a number of projects in Afghanistan including Bamiyan, Dai Kundi, Badghis, Herat, Kabul, Panjshir, Parwan, and Mazar i Sharif provinces. . For the past 6 years, I have been doing monitoring and evaluation of Grant Assistance for Grass root Projects (GAGP) across Afghanistan for the Japanese Government. This position has required me to visit local communities and evaluate the execution and success of hundreds of construction and development projects. This position has required me to prepare regular assessment reports in English evaluating the success, challenges, quality, security, budget execution, and community participation for these projects. It also required extensive engagement, meetings, and translation with local communities in both remote, rural, and urban locations. I also worked with PRT Lithuanians as an interpreter for almost 5 years in Ghor province, during my Mesion we traveled to different districts and meet different type of people. Nowadays Taliban's power is increasing and the life is getting harder for me and my family. Please help me to find out the a solution and get visa and move Canada.
