my husband have a company in brunei which allow then to do exibition and have a shop in a mall too of jewellary he has not got residency visa yet he is on visit visa can he call his family including wife and 3 kids on visitvisa and can kids get admission on visit visa

MY NAME IS IHSANULLAH I AM A PAKISTANI CITIZEN AND A PAKISTANI PASSPORT HOLDER I GOT MULTIPLE ENTRY VISA OF MALAYSIA UNTIL 2015....I MARRIED TO A LOCAL SARAWAKIAN GIRL AND I GOT A BABY GIRL 5 YRS OLD.....LAST SCHOOL HOLIDAYS WE FAMILY MADE A DECISSION TO VISIT BRUNEI DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS SO I GO TO THE BRUNEI CONSULATE GENERAL IN KUCHING FOR THE ISSUING OF VISA FOR ME....BUT THEY ASK ME TO WAIT FOR THE APPROVAL FROM THE NEGARA BRUNEI DARRUSALAM IMMEGRATION DEPRTMENT...SO UNTIL THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS OVER AND WE CANCEL OUR PROGRAM,,,NOW WE ARE PLAINING TO GO TO BRUNEI DURING HARI RAYA SEASON...I CONTACT WITH BRUNEI CONSULATE BUT UNTIL NOW NO ANY NEWS OF MY VISA ISSUING...SO MAY I KNOW WHY BRUNEI IS TOO STRICT FOR ISSUING A VISA ON PAKISTANI PASSPORT..WE PAKISTANI ARE A PEACEFULL NATION NAD LOVE PEACE AND HARMONY...BY REGARDING OF MY THIS MAIL I REQUEST TO THE BRUNEI HIGH COMISSION TO ISSUE ME THE VISA OR GIVE ME THE ANSWER CAN NOT ISSUE VISA TO A PAKISTANI PASSPORT HOLDER...WHAT DOCUMENT THE CONSULATE NEED I ALREADY SUBMITTED...TQ AND HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU SOON.

My wide is holding taiwanese passport but she have valid visa to stay in malaysia ,I planing to visit brunei along with her so just to confirm weather she can get visa on arrival ??If not what is the procedure??
