I am a Ugandan a Diploma Holder in Medical Recorsd.I kindly need to attain a Degree in Medical Records, but the source of funding is no where to be seen. It is only GOD who knows. in all my studies , i have never gone beyond my sub region. who ever sees the need to give me also a step a head and probably exposure kindly do do at least.
