I am in the process of my application for admission to Ghent University and Belgium and one of the requirement is a legalized copy of my Diploma. I am therefore seeking more information. In country, we have notary services for most legal documents, but as read on the information site, notaries are not enlisted as the competent Authority, except for the following: the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Deputies and Assistant Ministers; the Minister of Justice, the Deputies and Assistant Ministers; the Clerk and Deputy Clerk(s) of the Supreme and Circuit Court(s); the Registrars and Deputy Registrars of Corporations; and
the Commissioner and Deputy Commissioners of Maritime Affairs or Special Agents thereof.
