I'm very delighted to communicate to you through this short comment Sir, may I know how many students from Lira and Apac district in northern Uganda who had benefited from your Scholarship offer in Uganda? Why i have asked this question is that, students from these two districts had been lacking scholarships and jobs in Uganda for unknown reasons and yet they are Ugandans and they contribute towards the development of the country why is this one happening to them Sir ?
