My name is Gyanendra shrestha .. I m from nepal . One of my local consultancy said there is vacancy in nippy's company in Australia. . I applied over there n I got offer letter in "contractual fruit/vegetable picker" from nippy's comply. N my ref no is NIP/FPP/015/06/237. she has finished her PCL Nursing before 8 years. can she get student visa in BN level with dependent? her academic percentage and ielts score is sufficient according to the university offer letter. but my doubt is just her study gap, so please give me correct answer.
