Dear sir/ madam

ENQUIRY FOR ASSITANCE ON HOW TO ACCESS EDUCATIONAL DONATIONS FOR NEW PROPOSED UNIVERSITY PROJECT IN MASVINGO ZIMBABAWE

We kindly enquire how we can access donations for the new proposed University College project to be based in parts of Masvingo, Mutare, Beit-bridge , Kariba Chinhoyi ,Murehwa ,Gokwe and Bulawayo in Zimbabwe, just like how ZOU started. The proposed project intents to impart psychomotor degrees of music education, sports, early childhood development foundation phase education, teacher education and IT technology programs. It shall start as an affiliate of the Midlands State University find attached documents. May you please help us to access or be linked to donors who can provide us with the following needs.
We are in need of:
• Books for the above degrees in pallets for each of the above programs or as container
• Computers fifty for library and fifty for ICT, printer’s (heavy duty), ten ,photo copiers five heavy duty
• Library equipment book shelves (etc)…
• Class music instruments, piano, keyboards, brass, strings, wind and books on teaching instruments.
• water and sanitation assistance bore hall, tanks, toilets
• teaching and learning materials of laptops (ten)projectors ten, chairs 300,office furniture desks and chairs ten , screen boards OLD COMPUTERS=100
• Infrastructure development of fencing 2 000 meters, renovations costs of electrical repairs, flooring, painting of our current lease rental premises, rental costs, and building of new learning rooms.
• sponsorship of operations cost and a daily running of institutions and support staff
• assistance of vehicles for administration staff
• VOLUNTEER LECTURERES FROM OVERSEES FOR THE ABOVE DEGREE PROGRAMS

HELP US AS WELL ON HOW WE CAN ACCESSS DONORS OF THE ABOVE NEEDS.

Of all the above, the Africa Music Conservatory Trust will not add value or profit to beneficiaries hence offering programs on charity basis. Find attached herewith deeds of trust, higher education registration, due diligence of university which we shall start as a satellite of as a college, project proposal, development plan.

We also appeal to schools, colleges, library associations and universities to discard to us, help us to help them: educational literacy.
Lastly, I am a researcher, I humbly beg and respectfully ask for one set of music education books for levels form one to four in that country, and pre-grade to grade seven levels or related levels in English language.

The student representative council will assist in facilitating student’s leadership representation and advocacy on learning and student welfare matters. It will also represent students in negotiations between college and students and together with college administration organise capacity building workshops for students and its leadership. The council will be a seven member committee elected by students from among students to help create and facilitate students activities and have committees such as health social and entertainment, transport ,academic ,sports, ICT .The council reports to the Vice Principal and the Registrar and its term of office will be one year.
