i PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM THE ABOVE MENTIONED COMPANY IN JANUAARY 2011. UP TO NOW IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED AND THEY HAVE BROKEN COMMUNICATION LINKS. i DEALT WITH ALLEN, RYOTA AND MISSHEL.
In January 2011, I requested for assistance from the Zambian Embassy in Japan to recover US$13,700 sent to Account of Nobuki International Co.Ltd for the purchase of the 54 seater Mitsubishi Fuso Bus which it advertised in the internate in September 2010. Nothing has happened so far, I still receive empty promises from the company that the bus will be sent since September 2010. Unfortunately, The Zambian Embassy in Japan has done nothing to assist and yet it is one of the responsibilities of the Embassy to protect the interests of Zambians in Japan.It is foreign exchange obtained from Zambia and should be sent back if a company fails to honour its business obligation.
