Like I said in my post, we also were ripped off by Tetsuo. We had to get 2 cars from SBT Japan in place of the money Tetsuo had for us for a Voxy, and they were able to contact him and he sent the money to them. We are waiting for the cars to arrive and we will sell them back to recover our money. His personal email address is a3tetsuo@yahoo.co.jp and his other phone number is 81-9050-127-030.
Also try filing a claim form with Tradecarview so they can blacklist him. They have already moved him but I don't see him blacklisted as yet. Hope this helps.

I support the customer that Yukinori Tetsuo of A-Three company on TradeCarView is DISHONEST. He had $7125 USD for us for a vehicle he never sent. This went on for almost 6 months. Days before he was pulled from Carview, we got him to send our money to another Japanese company to get 2 cars which we plan to sell to recover our money. I am Mrs Masuzyo Nachinga of Kitwe here in Zambia.
In June last year, I paid for a car from one of the second-hand car dealers in your company (Fuji global Co. Ltd, Phone 81 503 103 1592, Mobile 81 08035290304, e-mail: fujiglob@hotmail.com). Unfortunately up to now I have not received the car. The company is not taking my calls anymore and when I call them, there is a recorded message answering in Japanese. The last time I received an e-mail from them, they claimed they had sent me the car documents (Bill of Lading, customs invoice and Jevic inspection certificate) which I never received. Later in the year, I received a call from a Shipping company in Daressalaam Tanzania claiming my car arrived in October 2011 and that I should go there with the documents to claim it although the car that was in Dareessalaam was different from the one I had paid for. However, without the above documents it is impossible to claim that car. Moreover the car has by now accumulated a huge bill in storage charges.
I am therefore asking for assistance in either getting the transaction honoured or getting back my money. I have all the necessary documentation of the sale as well as the bank transfer records.
