Visa requirement
To whom it may concern
I am in Cape Town and would like to apply for a visa but would like to know if I should come in person to the embassy with my application or if I can make use of a courier service?
Also I have a travelling document is this acceptable ?

I have been trying to get the abridged birth certificate for my sister (who was born in Zambia and is now living in Canada) since February. The correct application form and certificates were submitted and I was told it would take approximately 6 weeks. Over 8 months later I have no news. Wjhen I phone I am constantly told 'I think it will come next week'. When I e-mail I get no response. Can SOMEONE help?
