Whoever or whatever is the high commissioner at those offices, do you know what you job is? We are facing a big problem as Zambians in diaspora because the president gave us cadres for positions in which there were suppose to be people who are competent. Madame/sir you are doing nothing in those offices, your job is not to warm those chairs. Do what you are there for. It seem to me even security guards there don't know their job. I happen to visit the offices and I was treated so badly by a bastard who was at the gate, the so called security. You must retire and and let people who can do it work, bastards.

INCOMPETENTE EMBASSY
its a disgrace to have an embassy in a foreign land which is not willing to help its nationals.the workers on the reception are a disgrace, incompetent and worse still corrupt and need to be removed.when you have a problem they can only assist you by first buying them a drink, they make it almost impossible for you to go and see the authorities that be on first and second floor, honestly do we need visas in the name rands to go and see officials on first and second floor?who are these people serving?even to get a simple (TDI)Document forms you have to hustle for hours.phones on the reception are never answered, can someone please serve us from these people who are unwilling to serve the public.
