I think if what I read and see on the website is an indication of how efficient your office is. Then I believe you are making our country look great. Thank you so much for all your work.
Is your office always out of passport forms. Or is it just office in the States. How effective is your office in returning phone calls? How do you keep track of all the Zambians who are in Canada, or do you even keep track of them? Or better yet is there something that is expected of us, Zambians when we go to another country?
