IGNORANCE
IGNORANCE MAY FORCE SOMEONE TO SPIT ROTTEN WORDS. THOUGH LIFE IN MOSCOW IS WORSE, ALWAYS WE SHOULD REMEMBER CHANNEL OF COMMUNICATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES.THE EMBASSY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR MONEY BUT THE GOVERNMENT NOT EVEN THE BC.THE ONLY THING IS THAT THOSE RESPONSIBLE ARE BLIND OF LIFE IN RUSSIA EVEN IF WE TELL THEM THE TRUTH FOR THE IS MUSIC INSTEAD OF PAYING ATTENTION THEY START DANCING TO OUR PLEADS.

Not doing there job
I go to Moscow from another town 400 km away...not to the embassy. When suddenly i have problem with my documents, go for help at my embassy. Guess what i find!! a Russian secretary who does not even care about Zambia asking me what i want? i explain my situation she tells me she don't know what to do. I ask if can speak to any Zambian who work's there...unfortunately there is no one today come back tomorrow. Then she tells me i have to call before i come to the embassy. I should come back tomorrow from a 400 km town when these people decide to come work. What do people working at the embassy getting PAID for???
Who cares!

We are starving and you are confortably sitting on tax payers money...
If our fellow African countries give an average of $500 to their students here, what makes you think we can survive on $1000 for 6 months (since September). Be like parents and stop cheating!! This amount is by far too little to sustain us for four months yet it even comes after 6 months.

To find an old friend
First of all I would like to find my old classmate Mvangala Muleokella Petronella, who had been studied intermediate medical school in Khmelnitsky city (Ukraine)and then worked at Zambian embassy, then I want to meet her, but I do not know where she is now-in Zambia or in moscow. If someone from Zambian embassy know about her, please inform me by: pediatrician51@hotmail.com
Thank you in advance!
