I'm BSI lead auditor and Iranian. BSI midle east define a mission for me to audit one of its customers in Zambia (Mopani copper mines). unfortunately there is no Zambian embassy in IRAN and UAE. So how can I get visa to go to Zambia for this mission?

Could anyone please calrify if an Angolan is eligible to obtain a visa on arrival in Luzaka?
Or is it absolutely necessary to apply for the visa in Angola
