I Once went to the embassy & could not be helped as i was told to book for an appointment,is it the way other embassies work,the receptionst could not allow me to see any one not untill she knew the reason for my visit,iam zambian & embassies are there for us in foreighn countries,please sata help us.

I hear that there's a new passport being issued.
