I reffer to the above vehicle which was sold to mr Arthur Sichimvula on 50% from www.sbtjapan.com and never completed to pay the balance. He was served with warn emails to pay balance and never acted. According to the company policy , they sent emails to the people buying cars from the same website that they were selling the BMW 274117 which was already at the port of Dar es salaam and link attached to the email. Also mr hussain Arsalan phoned me to check the email which was also sent to me.
Acting on the email I requested for an Invoice that i was interested in the Car. I received an invoice and deposited money in sbt account. SBT confirmed to have received money and sent me original B/Landing DHL waybill No 3225520406 which I received the documents on 13/03/2013 and forwarded them to my clearing agent FRED JUNIOR INTERFREIGHT FORWARDER telephone +255713676327 through my Zambian agent Mr kapembwa mathews of Kaimbi Cargo Masters. link refers http://www.dhl.com/cgi-bin/tracking.pl?AWB=3225520406
When my agent in Tanzania went to clear the vehicle they found that another clearing agent Known as TRIPLED D email tripled2008@gmail.com cleared the vehicle from the port using fake documents since SBT only sent original document to me and they are claiming 1,151 usd so as for them to release the vehicle.
Now my agent is stranded with the original document in his hands as tripled D used forged original documents. SBT
Kindly assist in this matter for tripled D to release the Car to my agent. This to me shows that tripled D are trying to steal by forging documents. How are other vehicle safe if people are making fake documents and i see why Arthur did not pay balance.

I had my vehicle cleared by SOJA FREIGHT LTD and the agreement was that he clears the vehicle at the port and deliver it at Tunduma for pick up by me. on the way the vehicle a TOYOTA SURF was involved in a road accident by hitting two people and un fortunately one died on the spot and the other was hospitalised. i have been in constant contact with the agent but it seems the whole issue keeps on going on and on without a fruitfull outcome. The accident was reported to mbeya arround March 9th 2013. The agent keeps on telling the insurance are yet to verify the genuity of the papers , i fill he is not telling me the truth and i would greetly appreciate your help in having this matter resolved with mbeya police to have my vehicle released.

Hi,this company is extremely crooked! From mid March when the vehicle (M/Pajero io) was ordered I had given both written & verbal instructions that I'd travel to Dar to pick it up myself and agreed on US$350. Communication wasn't as bad all along till last Wednesday 10th April when the director a Mr Saidi Migesi said the car was ready for collection,I travelled Thur 11th only to be told that the vehicle wasn't there. Made noise only to discover that it was sent to Nakonde but midway (Makambako area) the driver had a KNOCK ENGINE & now he wants US$650 imagine! I had to have it towed to Nakonde (another cost) on Sat 13th & again they don't want to release it to me despite them damaging the vehicle yet I did NOT instruct them to take it to Nakonde coz WE agreed that I pick it up from Dar myself till I pay the US$650. It can't be driven to Lusaka so i'll need to have it loaded on a truck which will be another cost. Isn't this day light robbery? Who can i see here in Tunduma over this matter? I spoke to someone at Tanzania Revenue Authority yesterday but he said they have no control over such matters,who regulates these Agents then? Kindly contact me on +260 966 737140.
I would like to add my voice to those talking about Deluxe Cargo Services. Their communication regarding the status of a vehicle I recently purchased is bad. Right now I do not even know the status. Could the embassy do us a favour by providing a list of genuine agents with proven track records that we can engage in future?
I have just been informed by a friend that our Zambian Embassy has opened doors to Zambians importing cars from Japan through Dar es Salaam to get in touch with the emabssy and I have learnt of this information quite late.
I imported a car from Japan and it arrived in Dar on 27th March 2013. When importing the dealer asked if I need logistics services and I agreed and they gave me Deluxe Cargo Services. Their communication was quite bad even when I sent a TT($630)through Stanchart to pay for their service. The car which was delivered on 7th April was damaged a road accident by their driver and they have been very rude. They always cut my calls whenever I call them. I hope the embassy can help in this matter if its possible.
