ashes
I am American and wish to have the ashes of a friend sent back to Vietnam to his family. I have sent all the paperwork fed ex, the return envelope fed-ex and am trying to find out what is happening with the process. When I call the consulate no one answers. One time someone answered and he said call back in 30 minutes, which I did - no one answered them. Any suggestions?
