I will like to know it´s possible to do the visa process for Vietnam (1 month, single entry)in Luang Prabang Consulate and pick it up in Vientiane after some days.
How long will it take to obtain a tourist visa for Vietnam if I apply at the Consulate-General of Vietnam in Luang Prabang?
