Telephone Numbers on the Website don't Work
I am from Uganda and can only get information on the process of getting the Visa by telephone but the numbers do not work! They are reported to be out of service. Please advise on the current numbers.

NGUYEN DUY HAI OF VIETNAM BEGS FOR HELP REMOVING 176 Ib. TUMOR.
To. Vietnamese Ambassador in Tanzania.
I am beging you to help me help the Vietnamese guy named NGUYEN as per
the above heading.
Full information about this is found at this link http://

I have an organic medicine that can cure him without having to go to
the second operation as he wants to.
The medicine is an oil mixed and is being applied just topically and
it is then killing only the abnormal cells of the tumor and leaves the
normal body cells unharmed.
I am going to give him this treatment for free, the only costs he has
to bear is the shipment of the medicine from me to him.
The medicine i can send him at a time doesin't exceed 400 grms. so it
is not so expensive to ship.
That is all, if your embassy thinks that this offer is acceptable then
you can contact me at the following addresses:
