WE (MY SISTER DEISY AND I), NEEDED PASSPORTS TO TRAVEL TO VENEZUELA URGENTLY, DUE TO A FAMILY TRAGEDY, IN CIUDAD OJEDA (COL), EDO ZULIA, VENEZUELA. THIS WAS IN JUNE 15, 2012.
WE RECEIVED EXCELLENT AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. THE CONSULATE PERSONNEL WERE CONSIDERED TO OUR SORROW AND FAMILY LOSSES. WE RECEIVED OUR PASSPORTS VERY PROMPTLY.
I WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU ALL, FOR YOUR GOOD SERVICES TO THE VENEZUELAN CITIZENS IN THE GREATER VANCOUVER AREA, AND FOR REPRESENTING OUR COUNTRY OF VENEZUELA IN SUCH AN EXCELLENT WAY.
