The reports of shortages of basic commodities reminds me of the same reports after Castro came to power in Cuba. Venezuela is a valuable trading partner of the US. I wish the best for Venezuela but,,,,,,

I am a 62 year old American who lives in Seattle, Washington. ihave followed your carrer over the years and find our style vert intriguing.I have not always agreed with your policies and politics, but always felt that you are a true patriot for your country, and an advocate for all of your people.
I have been distressed over your recent health set backs but the recent news you have made a recovery fron your lung infection made me joyous.
I hope you can return soon to your country and take up the where you left off.
I pray daily for your recovery, and dreamt last night you were well again. I hope this is a premonition of things to come.

I will be marrying a Venezuelan in Caracas. Since I am divorced, I need an apostillate from the state department. My question is do my two witnesses who will give me a signed testimony need to be friends or can they be family members?
Do I need special documents?
