2 Chronicles 6:36-39 King James Version (KJV)
Thu, 7 Apr 2016 21:00 EDT
36 If they sin against thee, (for there is no man which sinneth not,) and thou be angry with them, and deliver them over before their enemies, and they carry them away captives unto a land far off or near;

37 Yet if they bethink themselves in the land whither they are carried captive, and turn and pray unto thee in the land of their captivity, saying, We have sinned, we have done amiss, and have dealt wickedly;

38 If they return to thee with all their heart and with all their soul in the land of their captivity, whither they have carried them captives, and pray toward their land, which thou gavest unto their fathers, and toward the city which thou hast chosen, and toward the house which I have built for thy name:

39 Then hear thou from the heavens, even from thy dwelling place, their prayer and their supplications, and maintain their cause, and forgive thy people which have sinned against thee.

Refugee needs help to urgently flee the country
To his excellency the Ambassador of the Holy in Bangkok,

My name is Richard Huis in 't Veld and I am a political refugee from the Netherlands. I asked political asylum in Vatican because they signed the Human Rights. My refugee nr is 2414036 but I was discriminated on asking asylum by the Papal Swiss guard and made me homeless. I sleept in the corner in front of the Saint Peter Square where I was a.o. beaten up. People who slept next to me where invited by a meal with the Pope. I filed a.o. reports with the Vatican police, European Court of Justice and the ICC to end my discrimination but in the E.U. are refugees not protected by the law. And there won't be a Nuremberg styled Human Rights Tribunal with Humanitarian jury and humanitarian prosecutor for the destruction of the international order by the judges and lawmakers of the ICC either. I received a christmas card from the Pope Franciscus, we all did but Pope Franciscus did not change his mind with christmas to stop discriminating me when I sent mine. The sisters said that "Now you know how Joseph and Mary felt in Bethlehem". Some sisters and brothers also song with my sleeping place with christmas and the Papal Swiss guard came to relisten to my story. I have a Franciscus of Assisi background and think that Jesuits change it into something else. After being discriminated on nationality, or on asking political asylum in six countries did I flee the E.U.

On arrival in Thailand was my ATM card missing. So I asked my mother to call the bank, block my previous card and sent me a new one like last time when it was broken. She started blackmailing me, "stop being a political refugee!". I asked the bank the same thing afterwards and even to point out any bank here in Bangkok where they can make any security check they want, ask questions etc but no card. Conflicting money systems lead to the absence of access to my money, one uses direct money transfer other western union. I asked friends, relatives and the monks for money to get a visa. The only thing that happened was that my ATM card was sent to my mother and she refused to sent it to me unless I "stop being a political refugee." Because I am a refugee am I prohibited by law to ask for help with the dutch embassy on punishment of losing my refugeestatus. I filed reports with the constitutional court, even to protect the international order after the military coup but here too am I unprotected by the law.
I have been here for over five months and my overstay costs are 20000 Baht, if I am caught by immigration then I will become a persona nongrata, blacklisted for life in Thailand and be forced to return to my country after someone paid for me. No one will. http://www.thaivisa.com/visaoverstaythailand.html

Why do I need urgent protection?
After the destruction of the international order since 22 May did I try to restore the international order with a Nuremberg styled Human Rights Tribunal with humanitarian jury and humanitarian prosecutor by filing reports with the constitutional court for the jurists who allowed the order to be destroyed. Then the new constitution came as it is described in the newpaper. With the acceptance of HM a.o. article 44 is there the acceptance that there will be no prosecution or crime recognition of the military coup as a continuous constitutional article. General Prayuth said that he will not use his full sovereign power to destroy people but he will target antijunta elements (Bangkokpost 26-7). I believe that he can now get away with whatever he wants and in the years to come. I am not anti junta but perceived as such therefore do I need to flee the country now. My situation even similar to the lawyer Somchai N. who disappeared after filing a report and who was active in the south at the time General Prayuth was active there too. Because of the acceptance of HM of article 44 http://www.veooz.com/photos/AHLeGs0.html do I fear unusual punishment like the 37 senators of lese majesty in an unfair trial, no lawyer of choice, no right to appeal etc. or worse like that lawyer who disappeared http://www.hrw.org/news/2014/03/11/thailandlawyersdisappearanceunsolved10years

What I want
I am by law not allowed to use the dutch embassy on punishment of losing the refugee status and find my security of person completely destroyed because I am forced to live on the street in a country of which I do not speak the language. At night someone came and grabbed my genitals and made movements to get off, he did not go away when asked. At night someone came and wanted to sleep on my sleeping place. I can get food from the begging monks but not a sleeping place anymore. My passport expires in September and I ask you for a valid travel document to ask political asylum in Vancouver and money to get there and for the overstay. You would also enormously help me by acting as an intermedium for my ATM card. Because of the urgency will I visit your embassy this week. I am not blacklisted by the dutch embassy but I am not allowed to use the services because of the law. Please help me to flee the courty for I might be court martialled or like that lawyer killed for filing reports.

Greetings,
Richard
