i thank your permanent mission staff for their help in securing my safety during a precarious event with
thugs in new york when i was there around 1999-2001
approximately when i asked for assistance and was
guranteed it in the u.n. building on 1st. ave i now
live a 712 division ave apt 2 niagara falls, n.y.

I have a flight layover of like 8 hours in Tashkent, I was wondering if I can roam around in city. Can you please tell me how to get Transit entry visa for that. Can I get visa at Airport? Thanks.
