Hi.
Please help, if you can? I have a question. I bought 2way tickets from Uzbekistan, it will expire in this September, but I'm not going to Uzbekistan. I gave my ticket to my sister to purchase it. But now my friend told that I need warrant letter from Embassy of Uzbekistan to sell my ticket back where I bought it.
My question is: Can Embassy of Uzbekistan help me with this?
If can what I should do? Is it difficult or more easy?
