my girl friend (who is italian) has a visa good until the middle part of sept this yr. and her italian passport is good until 2016.
my question is this: is she good to visit me for 4 mos. in miami (leaving europe the last part of this mo. and back the last part of may) any changes in the law.

I have a friend on a cargo ship, he needs help, because he was told by the captain the ship saw pirates 2 miles from the broken down ship, for every one to get any valuables off the ship,I guess he wasn`t thinking, so he maild all his stuff to my address,but in haste , he has to pay an tax on his package. alarge amount.
