My visa to us will expare abril 2014 be traveling decenber 28th And returnig 2st Januário 2014 just for New year só do i need a visa to Travel ?
Would you please send me a list of acceptable lawyers to help providing a Power of Attorney in Fortaleza.

The short version is we wish to adopt an 18yoa girl here in Brasil and return with her to Georgia. I am not her paternal father, but raised her as my daughter for 10 years in Atlanta. She was inside the USA legally the entire time. She is my niece by marriage and wants to return to live in Georgia with us and attend college.
Will her adoption in Brasil be legally recognized in Georgia? Will we have
trouble with INS/BCIS or is there some protocol that we could follow to avoid
problems. I want to do everything quickly, legally, truthfully and with a minimum problems, costs, disappointments and delays.
My wife and her mother(sisters)are completely on-board with this, but all three of us wish to avoid the unknown pitfalls. I am her daddy and all of us want to live as a family.
