great service
I never had a visa before so a few years ago I decided to apply. Boy was I nervous! Because I've heard so many unsettling stories about being turned down. My husband has his own business and we doesn't have any kids. So nervously, I went for my appointment and walked with all the documents I thought was needed. My appontment was on time and the officer sensing I was nervous assured me that I shouldn't be nervous. He was very pleasant and professional, and at the end of my interview when He told me enjoy my visit to America I almost screamed with joy! I waited nervously for my passport to arrive by TTPost and when it arrived and I opened it and saw that I got throgh with a ten year visa, I literally screamed! Iam so very greatful to the American Embassy for allowing me the opportunity to experience the joy that America has to offer. Since then I try to visit about twice per year, with each time visiting somewhere new. I must say I'm still in awe of the beautiful world God has created and I'm forever greatful for getting the opportunity. Thanks so much! :)

Urgent! Visa needed by October 3rd, 2011
I am the Sole Proprietor of my Business/Ministry "Follow Your Dream" and is due to arrive in the U.S. at Beso Del Sol Resort by October 5th, 2011 for a Women's Retreat. The duration is October 6th-9th, 2011. I had problems getting my passport on time. However, I finally got through with the interview. I would not get it in time to make an appointment for the visa. Is it possible for me to come in with my present passport, obtain the visa and then as soon as I get the new passport, have the visa stamped on it? Just looking for options to speed up things. I hope I could be granted such favor. This trip is important to me. I do have a letter of invitation from my online coach to present to the embassy. Please email me very urgently at christinegomez1@hotmail.com. Thank you very much.

I would like know why was visa turn down.
I'm not sure what year i visited the embassy to reknew by visa and to my surprise i was refuse, i had my visa for ten yrs and i only travelled twice because i had to look after my son who has autism, i was given a break by my husband to take a little vacation, and he would look after him, the reason i was turned down is because i spend my six months and it went into following year but my friend had to be working and didn't really had the time to take me around and them that year it snow storm so she ask me if would hold on a little longer, and i didn't see anything wrong by staying on my family was ok with it and felt so shame the way the officers made feel as though i didn't pay my money and was begging i would not leave my kids and stay in the usa and if something happen i can't return, so iwould to know if i try for visa if would be turn down because i would like to still visit my friend and at least be able to get the privilage to travel again without fear or favour.

Visa in Expired passport.
I have a question. If my nonimmigrant visa is held in my expired Trinidad passport, but I am the holder of a valid Vincentian passport, can I use the two documents for entry to the U.S? The visa expires in 2015. I need to know because I plan to travel soon.
