I am a US citizen and I have filed an immigrant visa petition for my sister conjointly with her daughter. They have had an interview on January 27th 2014 at which time the consulate agent required them to produce an Archive extract of my birth certificate. The document was produced. Four months have passed since that interview and we have no other news from the Embassy. Please let me know what is going on so that together we can work into rectifying any filing mistakes or solving any problems that need to be solved. Looking forward to your diligent response to the case. Thank you.
I dont what is wrong in us embassy in haiti a few years they only took 2 hours to print you a visa now they say 1 week when yo to go to haiti messager they give you anothe appointment its .not fair think that only in haiti it can me like that. People has to start complaint about it .

My step mother went to Haiti to get her green card in May 2013. She is still back there. Even she saw a general surgeon here in the USA, at the Embassy they asked to see a doctor in Haiti.Maybe because they are better. Even the pictures done at the CVS was not good enough.
The employees treated you like dog. Customer service does not exist at all. I can not understand nowaday in 2014 someone should treats a human being like that without respect and most of the time it is your own people who did it.
It is a shame. Hopefully,they changed and try to act like human being serving human being.
