my mother was mistreated
Imagine your mother was going for her interview in her way there went to a terrible car accident, rush to the hospital and despite the pain she was in manage to make it to the appointment, instead for the consulate officer to reschedule her interview and she decided to keep on going....with no compassion and common sense to see that my mother was in pain couldn't do it... my heart breaks. I do not wish for this to happen to any one else....no human being should be treated in such way.

We tried contacting Non immigrant services, but they send us the same email every time. I was hoping that maybe you could give help me. My name is Martine Zephir, my mom, Chrismate Zephir made an appointment for my grandmother Franciese Figaro. The appointment was requested on the first of July and she went to the requested appointment and they asked her where my mother is currently working, and how long she's lived in the US. My grandmother is old, so she can not remember everything. Celline, Joshua, Philippe, I want our grandmother to visit us. I don't know if I have to visit the congress in my district to do that. But please give me an answer as soon as possible, thank you for your cooperation.

Bad Customer Service - Citizen Services
Frustrated as a citizen about the Citizen Services section of the Embassy. Truly, your aim should be to SERVE the public, NOT to ANTAGONIZE it. For months I have been trying to get some results, and it seems as though it is Amateur Night in permanence at the Citizen Services section. You guys should be really ASHAMED of yourselves for providing such a CLASSLESS service to the Citizen.

Concerned Citizen.
