On a recent visit to the American embassy in Panama, I'm an American citizen, I was stunned by the rudeness of the embassy staff. From the guard at the guardhouse to the cashier inside citizen services there was not one helpful person AND not one spoke English. I was very surprised.
made appt. for notarial services. need to print page but unable to re-open appointment. can anyone assist? thanks in advance
My wife and I will be travelling to the Panama on a Holland America cruise. She is Australian and I am a USA citizen. Can you tell me if we need visas to disembark the ship for the day stop?

My siblings and I sent a DHL Express Worldwide Letter to the ATTN of Ambassador John D. Feeley dated 01/09/2017 requesting permission for our sister to be here in June for a special one time event. The letter was delivered and signed by Mr. Grant. We would like to know if the permission was hopefully granted, but, we have not received any response to our request. Our information is in the letter we sent to your office. Please let us know your response towards our letter. Thank you for your service.

Cannot get through to Embassy to help a relative
with getting correct information to begin his Social Security benefits .....dealing with this issue now for 10 months
Desperate for help but how to get help when there is no one to help
Edit: I am the eldest daughter named Executor of his will by email. golata was not entered in his will. those online sites need to be taken down its causing my siblings and myself public humiliation.
further issues she disabled his published research site and put her picture all over online and never returned anything of my fathers back to his us children
my dad was separated from her two yrs
he said he was put in jail for not having his passport and visa he said they were stolen
more than once he shouldve left the country the first time he was robbed
numerous issues with golata an indian woman he partnered with and married but no kids with her
she took his body and burried him in a flood zone i want him repatriated back to the usa and all of his things
she put his pictures up with her as if hes not american and never had a family or life in the usa
she illegally hacked into his hotmail acct and bullied me by email saying come see my dead father
she does not speak english
she is a criminal and i want something done about it

My Bank closed my account and I m having trouble trying to OPEN an account at a Bank here to get my SSA. Social Security sent me a letter and said for me to send my correct address, I live here in Panama in Chiriqui for almost 5 years and have never changed my address.
