Send me my passport, please!
I've had a hell of a time getting my passport renewed. I sent the application in on 17th of August. After waiting some weeks, I contacted the Consulate in Napoli via email (they don't take phone calls), and they responded that they had it and if I would like it sent by courier, then I had to fill in a form, which they said was attached to the email (it wasn't). First, why did I have to contact the Consulate to find out that my passport was ready? They have my contact details, why don't they contact the client to simply say that the passport is ready? After I responded with the filled in courier form, which I found online, they didn't respond for three days. When I followed up they informed me that the form was to be sent in with the application, contradicting their previous statement. Really? That's not good enough. I WANT MY PASSPORT SENT TO ME, PLEASE!!!

Needing proof of marriage.
My wife and I were married at the Naval Air Station Sigonella, Sicily in 1969. We were required to also be married in a civil ceremony in the courthouse in Catania. Afterwards we were told that the marriage needed to also be performed by the American Consulate located in Palermo, Sicily. This was completed so that our marriage would be recorded in the United States. No record of this is available that we can find.
My wife has continued her education and the college is requiring a marriage certificate, which has been lost over the years. We need to obtain some sort of verification, Please...

Passport picture
My maternal grandmother came to the United States in the early 1900's and died in the United States in 1918. No one has a picture of her. Would a copy of her passport picture be at the Italian Consulate? Or, does anyone know where they file passport pictures? Please contact me at Maselli.Donna49@gmail.com

Fiancee
My Fiance was born and raised in Sicily, Italy and in the 80's came to the United States with his family for a couple of years. While I the United States we met and fell in love. My Fiancee had to leave the United States to enter the Italian military. Over the years we lost touch, he married. And after 33 years, in February of 2014, we rediscovered each other on Facebook. As of today, my fiancée has asked me to marry him and he wants to come back to the United States on a permanent basis. We are having trouble applying for a permanent visa, even for a K-1 visa. My question to anyone, how can I get my fiancé back in the United States permanently so we can marry and start out lives? We are so serious about marriage and starting our lives. We need help the website application and instructions are so difficult.
