I am Nepalese citizens.Now I am studying in japan & I want to go for visit in america.

Application for a tourist visa
I am a filipina married to a japanese.I My husband and me are going to visit our daughter by April in VA To spend time with our grandchild.I learned about the US Consulate in Nagoya but however saddend knowing that I can't avail of the Visa Waiver.Thus I need to go as far as Tokyo just to get an interview.I want to know if there is no other way easier for me to avail a permission to enter US for only a 12 days stay.Please advise.Thank you so much.
