My name's Duong Hung PHAM. I'm Vietnamese (Nationality : Vietnam). Now, I am living in Grenoble, France and the third year student of the School of Industrial Engineering of Grenoble, France.
Next summer, in July, I would like to visit the United State of America.
So, What should I do to visit USA (visa) ? Could I do this visa in Lyon ?

Dear Sir or Madam,
One of my friend, US citizen, at this time in France in Lyon city.
Sadly, his passport and the money was stolen.
I sent to him his copy of passport and address the Embassy over there.
I would like to know.
1) How long time take to renew the document?
2) How much money will cost?
3) If it possible to travel with a copy of US citizen pass.?
The last question very important as my friend must to be in London very urgent for his business, and sadly He has not a time to wait long.

two days a go i received two e-mails from the Green card lottery program ,they are telling me that i won the lottery to get the Green Card in the united states of America , can you please check out the e-mails they sent me and i forwarded it to you?
I hope you can give me your opinion on this matter , am i the winner or is it just another fake scam ? I currently live in Lyon , France , i study here for my PHD in Archeology. And thanks in advance for your help.
