Send emails to all of dear, and if you don't hear in 1-2 weeks, send them a reminder, or even try to call the phone numbers in Malaysia for the Communications Multi Media commession, and the Ministry of Home Affairs...

The most scammer Internet people in the world are the Nigerians, and the first country is Malaysia Plus some other countries...
The place you can file complaints about all these crooks in malaysia is:-

Hope this information with help all the victims, please don't hesitate to report any scam to help out cut down on this crime from these scammers, specially in Malaysia.
By the way all of these scammers are playing all these dirty games on us to get out money to them are BLACK GUYS, so please be aware every body.
