I hope it helps some how. I know that not everybody gets lucky and get Tourist Visa, but may be this time it will be different. I keep my fingers cross.

Dear Manager,
I was at the Consulate office on Wednesday, June 30, and I tried to get in touch with the department of American citizens, but there the voice of your clerk advised me to leave the telephone number, name and promised to get to me ASAP. I did it twice but though now is July 5, I haven't got any answers or calls.
Please tell me if the messages are ignored by the staff?
on the form for adding additional pages DS4085 it asks for an address if where passport should be mailed..i have an appt at the embassy on Friday and don't need for the passport to be mailed, but cannot proceed electronically without this information. the same information is on the printed form..how should I proceed.? Also, where are you located in Kyiv, Ukraine, what Metro stop?
