Am Roman Catholic priest a Guyanese citizen but born in Uganda .My Bother had a visa to travel to Guyana to visit me he had to travel emulate airline via Dubai New york to Georgetown Guyana he only needed a transit visa through New york with only four hours to change his plane ,my brother was robbed of 500.000 shilings half a million Uganda money ,having tavelled all the way from Mbale spending a night at the bus park, he was refused a Transit visa even with a clear letter from me and the Roman Catholic Bishop in Georgetown Guyana as evidence the boy was coming to Guyana I had even paid for his airticket,they did not even have time to look at the papers he had in his possession they were only interested in the money worse of all they asked him to apply again asking him for more half a million shilling I find that very disgusting ,shame on America ,that was all the poor boy had he had sold his peace of land for that.
