Can you please inform me when is the time limit to issue passport my child in Saudi Arabia?
My wife lives in Medina and has a resident card ( iqamaah) but I don't. I live in USA and come to Saudi as Visiting Visa. Now, I want to apply passport for my child. As you know, I'm not able to get my child birth certificate because I'm not a resident in Saudi and I have to delay until my child finishing his shot , at least a year or five.
So, please can you help and explain to me in a simple step how to get it.

My daughter is a student in the USA she came for one week spring break on the way back to her college her name was put in no-fly list she cleared her name from the no fly list but is not able to go back to start her school since then she applied for a new F-1 visa for four mo nths now but no answer yet also we dont know ifwe can cancel her visa and reapply.
