1-866-374-1763 is alway busy.
I am trying to communicate with the phone # 1-866-374-1769 since may 5 and tody is May 23. I call every day from 8 to 5.oo p.m. more than 10 times and always is busy . Do you know another way to get the appoinment. If I go to Cuba can I get the appoinment for my son. Please???????

What happen with the appointement's office? I have been trying to schedule an appointment for a relative in Cuba by calling to 1-866-374-1769 during 4 days (since last Friday May-6) and the only I get is a busy tone.
