U.S. Birth Certificate
Dear Gentlemen: I have a very serious situation regarding my nephew Dylan. He is currently living in Guadalajara. He was born in San Diego, CA. The mother and father are divorced and the mother which is my niece is currently living in Tijuana, Mexico. The father is in Santa Maria as an illegal alien.
The problem with Dylan is that he is having problems going to school. He has his birth certificate, and this certifiocate was presented to the local government there in Guadalajara and local authorities did not accepted it because it needs to be renewed.

I never heard that a birth certificate needed to be renewed. Therefore, Dylan will be missing another year of schooling. Can you please help him since he is an American citizen so that he be allow to get his education.
If you have any questions, you can get in contact with me at: nathanielmendoza45@sbcglobal.net or you can call me at (559)591-4389 which is my home telephone number.
Senator Barbara Boxer told me to get in contact with you through these means. I hoping that this e-mail would get in contact with the American Counselate so that something can be done to help this 15 year old american citizen teenager.
Thank you.

Rev. Nathaniel D. Mendoza
