My wife has asked for direction in helping son. She has tried to call, your telephone # is missing one number, so can't call. There is no response to these comments. We truly do not understand the function/purpose of this sight.
I am making this inquiry for my son Carlo Enrico Peck. He has lost his passport and in trying to apply for another, they have asked for the number of the original passport for verification purposes. We have and can again supply, copies of his original Italian birth certificate. His father's birth certificate. Marriage certificate between myself and his father. Divorce certificate between his father and I. His father's death certificate. My green card number, my Italian and American passport and my American citizenship papers with legal change of name. Carlo Enrico Peck was born in 1962, he left Italy for the USA in June 1964. Please advise what information you need to furnish us with the Passport # and date of issue and verification that he is registered in your Consulate, which is where the original passport was issued. Or, tell us what to do and where to go for this information. Thank you for your assistance. Luigina King
