The Landransamt in Esslingen asks me for a Certificate to proof that I was living in San Mateo California en February, the 18Th, 2005; in order to accept my driving license from California. What kind of paperwork I have to do, and where or what governmental office?
P.S. I became USA citizen since July 26th., 2011, but I have been permanent resident since August, 28th, 2004. I have given my Green Card when I became citizen.
I am living in Germany since May, 07Th., 2012 and trying to earn an German driving license
Can I expect any help in a law suit
