i have being living here in south africa for the past 11 year where i lived and cape town renting and paying for my rent by myself and my partner from 2006 until 2013 me and my partner decided to for to durban,i was born and bread in Ghana and during the past year in cape town i worked as office manager for a survey company where i was having a permit and from 2009 i found a job in a law firm as immigration consultant and also operating my computer firm with my partner,so in 2008 i applied to visit the united states for visit, but i was refuse that,i do not have enough ties in the republic as a foreigner so i ask the lady what next she told me after 6 month if my condition change i can reapply for my visitor's in 2012 the next appointment date i was refused again that i do not have any travel experience after showing a strong documentation, and prove that i have a work/business permit in my passport and my numerous trips to european countries,so recently my Business associate invited me since i have active 3 businesses for myself and also a shareholder with a prove so in 2016 my business associate invited me to come over for sight seeing of his business and also representing his business in the republic of south africa while i have all my permit stating that to reside with my souse and operate own business.
with all my invitation letters and also my office in just opposite america embassy as a business owner with prove of all documentation, when it got to my turn the lady just ask me where is my permit and i showed her in my passport i wouldnt even finish talking my have a visitor,s visa trying to explain to her she was very angry as if i did something wrong to her,my question is how can a visitor get a business permit, Business account, with cheque card and a cheque book in the name of my business,so i would like to know if your embassy could issue a visa to someone who,s permit is left just 18 days to expired, why will they refused someone who is due to apply for his permenant reside and has 3 years more before his permit expire where i am a witness and i have a prove that your embassy issued visa to people who's permit is not permanent residence but could refuse me as a business man.i am very humbled ,and waiting patience for someone to explain to me why is that possible my office number is 031 3050028 the director and owner if anyone want to visit my office invitation is open to the person because i do not understand what is going on and i want to re-apply ut who will see to my application.
thanks.hoping to hear from some one to know the next step.since my trip will benefit my Business and the next generation.
regards eric

info on Equal Opportunities Council (EOC)
In 1996 I was awarded a scholarship to study at University of Cape Town by Equal Opportunities Council. I attended their interviews in Durban (Salisbury Blg) and in renewed my relationship with them in the following 2 years in their Johannesburg offices (Marshaltown).

I had an agreement with them that should I wish to pursue my studies further they will be glad to assist me in that regard.

I t was with great regret that when I returned from my studies in 2001 none of these offices were operational.Basically the organisations which Iad established and developed a relationship with was defunct.

I have since been sent from pillar to post in finding a job and getting any government support here in South Africa.

Can your Organisation and office confirm or deny the existence of EOC as an organisation or location of thier offices?

thank you
