I'm just an extension for the information we'd like to know.
I have a Filipinos friend ( one family ) who intend to apply for the US visa. They are now still in Perth Australia for holiday. They'll come to Bali this month on the 28th. Is it possible for them to apply in Bali consulate, or can I submit first their data before they arrive?

I am a UK citizen on vacation in Bali. I work in the Oil Industry and I am looking to apply and obtain a B1-OCS or also known as B1 visa to work offshore in the Gulf of Mexico.
I have already my Coastguard letter, letter from my company and so on.
Next step for me is of course to complete my online application and to arrange an appointment.
My request relates to whether I can obtain this visa at the consulate in Bali or if not where I must go as I will be in Bali as of the begining of Sept, through until October and my company wish me to where possible, start working straight after.
Is this visa one which I can obtain in Bali, Jakarta or somewhere close as this will make like much easier and workable for me and my family.
As said before, I am a UK Passport Holder and I am looking for a B1 visa for working offshore, Gulf of Mexico.
