Is there a minimum residence requirement in Denmark before Interview for Spousal visa to america?
I would greatly appreciate your help. I am American and my fiance is from Ukraine. We plan to marry in Denmark. We are also considering coming back to Denmark later for the interview permitting my spouse to come to America on a Spousal Visa. Can you please tell me if my wife will have to remain in Denmark for any period of time prior to her interview? Thank you for your anticipated help! Anyone from the public with this knowledge would be greatly appreciated, also.
