I am Canadian citizen and living in Canada,my wife is Moroccan and has Moroccan passport. She booked a ticket from Casablanca Newyork Toronto and vise versa her ticket dated Aug,23,2012 and she has five years visa to Canada.My question is does she need transit visa to USA to fly to Toronto???
