Born in Casablanca,My mother sent me my passport issued as a military passport. The passport states that it is canceled to bearer only. There is a Moroccan stamp on the Visa page of this passport issued 1959. Is this Visa valid? I would like to return home sometime.

i m a us citizen and my dad applyed last year in casa morocco for a us tourist visa and he got it, they gave him 10 years visa.
the question is that he couldn t come last year and he wanna come this month but i don t know if his visa still works cause i heard that if u got a visa u have to travel the for the first time to usa during 6 months other wise it s gona be canceled. is that true??????
