FROM CALIFORNIA REQUESTED MR. BUTCHER'S ASSIST.
I had on 4/30/13 mailed a letter to Mr. Butcher asking him to assist me in recovering my compensation for the property confiscated in 1977. I had used regular mail thinking that I will be able to go into detailed information which I did not want in an e-mail. I had hopped that I would, at least, receive some type of answer from Mr. Butcher's office but, I have not. I would like to know if anyone will actually bother with a replay. Thanks
