I am trying to get my foster child to the States, but each time there is an obstacle. He was to come today, but the Army says he must enlist....how can this be? He is 26, , and has suffered head injuries due to mugging.
My Husband Cristinel Laurentiu Darvaru while in Poland was stopped by border patrol as Cristinel was going to the Airport to catch his flight to America.
Cristinel is my common Law Husband and we were going to be Married legally in America when he was stopped at the border of Poland. We have been Married for 17,yrs and because of Cristinel's sexual orientation was held and detained then deported back to Iasi Romania on a trumped up charge of not serving in the Military. Their only harrassing him for being of a different sexual orientation. Cristinel has a heart defect that makes it impossible for him to serve in the Military.
I am asking you to please help him. We have been wating for the political climate to make it possible to be Married Legally in America and saved the Money. Now that It is Legal for us to be Married the Polish and Romanian Government's who do not approve of same sex Marriages have Trumped up this charge to keep him in Jail for his sexual Orientation.
We have been together for 17, years and he is my soul mate! Please help him! Please save him from going to jail because we love eachother so much! He is being detained in Iasi Jail Mocked and Insulted daily. He had to go to Poland for the flight to America because it was the cheapest way to go.
It's Outrageous to think Cristinel could serve in the Military with their Political views on the LGBT Community. Because of his sexual Orientation the Military would not take him to begin with.
He will go before a Judge in the Morning for sentencing Pleas spare the Life of my Husband.
Please do not discloce to others of Cristinel's sexual Orientation as they will hurt him or kill him.
Cristinel has been a Patient at St. Mary's Hospital Cardiac Unit in Iasi from his birth to present day. He just had a heart attack last Month and was Hospitalised at St. Marys Hospital In Iasi.
So you see it is not a possibility for Cristinel, my husband to serve in the Romanian Military.
Please save him. Please stop this conviction. Please allow us to have our life together and investigate this.

Good morning consular department of USA in Romania Bucharest. I am really apriticat that you guys approving P3 visa for over 20 years for Taste of Romania.We are very proud that we are bringing singers legally to do cultural events for Romanian communities.And every time everyone goes back on time before the visa expire. I am very thankful for that.
However, i have one misunderstanding that after so many artists are getting P3 visa with us, after they are going back to consular to getting a tourist visa,and come back in USA as a tourist organizing concerts, and working illegaly no ones pays taxes,and some of them doing more illegal things than just holding a concerts. I am going to give you an example,most recent Pavel Stratan including Cleopatra Stratan which will fly December 20 from Bucharest with KLM arriving in New York. Pavel is already in USA and holding 8 concerts in 2 weeks..In December 22 they will hold concert at Bucharest restaurant.Even newspaper Libertatea wrote huge artical about illegal concerts in USA. In December 29 Florin Petrescu (AXinte) will fly from Bucharest to Texas For New Year Eve concert.Soon to joing him Daniela Giorfy ,Nik POleru, Catali Botya from Group "Autentik" and Lorena, we will sent you there poster and itinarary.Also coming to USA very freagment Angela Rusu, and Ramona Kalian..Petre and Florintina Gurgiu for New Year to Chicago and there are many of them we all do respect i am sure that consular will look such a big trend of Romanian artists fluently about singer doing concerts with tourist visa.

Somebody posted today a message to the Ambassador of the United States, representing the country giving you money, hope and help. Not to speak of a country being a model to follow for people who can understand it. What a nerve to write on this tone , also what a coward. The person didn't even sign his name.Very low level of humanity, decency, manners and....english.We 've had enough of barbarians, liers, cowards; YOU ARE THE REAL INSULT FOR THE NOBLE ROMANIAN TRADITIONS !
