My cousin agnes rado stern tiffany an american citizen living in berlin has disappeared. After many inqiries berlin registrar told me she died two years ago.no other info available. Jewish agencies and service for american citizens had no trace of her before or after her death.please help me find where she is buried and where her property is. She lived at 62 otto suhr allee .i cannot believe the germans did not tell american embassy that she died. Thanks

I am retired US military and my wife is a retired US government worker and we would like to know if we can stay at the US Embassy lodging/billeting while visiting Berlin. If possible can reservations be had?
I have Seal bound birth certificate, signed by Dean Rusk. My drivers license expired & I am required to provide my birth certificate as evidence of citizenship to the DMV, which I did. I was told that it was unacceptable as it looked to be only a COPY of the original. I assured the DMV Officer that it was indeed the original and only certificate that was issued, red seal and all.
To date it is still not being accepted.
What do I do now? I feel as though I have no country!
