I am Rev Victor Pouesi pastor of thr CCCS Samoan Church.Our Chairman from Samoa is coming over for his interview for his Visa in his Diplomatic Pass Port.

I am a U S citizen and will spend Dec., Jan., and Feb. in N Z.
I may have to have my signature notarized during that time on my "U S Certificate of Documentation" "IF" my sailing yachts sells back home.

I am a Chinese citizen, have been living in New Zealand for 10 years （without a permanent residence), can I apply for a visa for studying in the US in New Zealand or do I have to go back to my home country?
My husband is a NZ citizen and we need a visa for him to come to US. He is not passing the EPTOS, I have a summonds from US immigration for him to appear on May 25, 2011 and what do I do?
